Each one of you need to fill out proctor form as soon as possible.
Find an employee (instructor or staff) from your local Park University site
who is willing to be your proctor for the final examination. Make sure
that your proctor has an e-mail address. The final examination will
be e-mailed to your proctor.
Please be advised that without having your proctor form filed and your
proctor approved by your professor you will not be allowed to take
your final examination.
