Chalk the walk is an annual event sponsored by Student Council.

The Missouri S&T Chapter has been extremely active in promoting the Engineering Management profession as well as in department and campus activities.

ASEM sponsored a chili cook-off on Halloween.  Proceeds went to GRACE.  The event raised $154.

Dr. Bade is the Director of Strategy Management for Global Services & Support for Boeing Integrated Defense Systems.  He spoke on leadership and ethics on March 3, 2009.

Guest Speaker: Dr. John Bade

Mr. Cole is a partner of the Avraham Y. Goldratt Institute, a worldwide organization focused on the implementation of a body of knowledge known as the Theory of Constraints (TOC). He spoke on Theory of Constraints on April 16, 2009.

On April 17th, 2009 the ASEM student chapter sponsored the department’s annual spring luncheon.

On Wednesday, April 8th, 2009, guest speaker Mat Pitsch spoke on “Building a Career through Leadership and Communication.”  Mr. Pitsch is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for US Technologies Marine Services.
