 Field Applications

   PPG has been sucessfully applied to control conformance for more than 2,000 wells by PetroChina, Sinopec, Occidental Company (OXY) and Kinder-Morgan CO2 Company. The applied reservoirs include:

  • Reservoir without initial fracture or intended hydraulic fractture

  • Naturally Fractured Reservoirs

  • Reservoir temperature range: 25 to 110 Centigrades

  • Formation water salinity: 2,900 - 280,000 ppm

Application Cases

  • Application case in a reservoir with high salinity and high temperature

  • Application case in a sandstone reservoir with thick layers

  • Application case in the Reservoir with Severe Sand Production

  • Application case in Polymer Flooding Areas
