I am an instructor in Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) in the Department of Business and Information Technology at Missouri University of Science and Technology .
Prior to my academic career, I have spent 14 years in professional service industry in various positions as an auditor, consultant, domain expert, project manager in Arthur Andersen, Andersen Consulting, and Accenture. My specialties include ERP System Design and Implementation, Information Technology Planning, Shared Service Process/Organization Design and Implementation, and Business Performance Management Solution Implementation. I have led several large-scale project teams to successfully deliver IT solution for global leading enterprises, such as Siemens, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co, Johnson & Johnson, Johnson Controls, Philips Morris, etc. Together with colleagues from all over the world, I have delivered projects in various countries, including Germany, United Kingdom, United States,
Singapore, Malaysia and China.
I enjoy developing students’ talents and inspiring them to carve their career plans in early stages. My hobbies include hiking, photography, traveling and sports. In my spare time, my husband and me work as volunteers on environmental issues and help children to improve learning.
