Meetings

Meetings usually take place every Thursday night at 9:00pm while classes are in session in the Southwestern Bell Cultural Center and usually last about an hour.

We start off each meeting with introductions. You're asked to share your name (or fake name), major (or fake major), prefered pronouns, and answer a simple question (such as, "What color is your toothbrush?"). You can be as anonymous as you like. Although socializing is encouraged, you are not required to give your name or sexual orientation to anyone at any time.

After introductions, we move on to the "business" section, with officer reports, updates on how planning is going for upcoming events, and any other business.

Once business has been taken care of, we generally move on to socializing. Sometimes discussion topics center around activities, current events in the world, or something random pertaining (or not pertaining) to the meeting.

All supportive individuals are welcome to attend.
