Dr. Ganesh Kumar Venayagamoorthy

I will be joining the Holcombe Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Clemson University starting January 2012 as the Duke Energy Distingusihed Professor of Power Engineering, and Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

I am currently a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Missouri S&T until Dec. 2011.

 I am the Director and Founder of the Real-Time Power and Intelligent Systems Laboratory .

I am currently leading an EFRI-COPN Project "Neuroscience and Neural Networks for Engineering the Future Intelligent Electric Power Grid".

I am a Fellow of the IET and the South African IEE (SAIEE), a Senior Member of the IEEE and the INNS, and a Member of the ASEE.

I am a member of a number of IEEE societies including:
