President

Duties

The duties of the President are

• to preside over all regular meetings and executive meetings;
• to call special meetings as required in Article VIII, Section 2 in the local bylaws;
• to oversee all committees;
• to ensure that all eligible members are notified about the HKN Outstanding Junior and Outstanding Senior Awards;
• and to handle any other responsibilities which are usually accorded to this position.
