Officer Reports

President

• Tell any members you know to come to the meetings.
• Recruiters Roundtable is tonight.

Vice President

• Smoker will be next Wednesday at 6:00 at Schumann Park (weather permitting - otherwise, it is in EE G31).
• Potential pledges, please come to the smoker.
• Members, encourage any potential members you know to join.

Treasurer

• EIT Review books are on sale.
• Need someone to do the EIT book sale tomorrow from 1:30-2:00.
• We will be having a fundraiser before the homecoming game this weekend. We will have a radar gun, and will be clocking peoples' football throwing speed.

Secretary

• Sign the appropriate attendance sheet before you leave.

Committee Reports

Fundraising

• About 30 polo shirts have been ordered. Buy one, they're $25. Give Vicki the money.

Activities

• Banner is in the making.
• Give me names of people who might like to come speak at our meetings.
• We are going to put some plants in the HKN planter outside the building. We will need a few people to help with this.

Communications

• Sign the attendance sheet, so I can update the member list on the webpage.
