- Posting a price list. If you need a code to get into the room, talk to Jim Ross. One of the officers can sign the slip. Will email EE grad and undergrad listserve as well as the HKN listserv to clean up personal project or they are going to be pitched when the lab is cleaned up.

- Paintball - Outer Limits not open before Oct 1, unless by private parties. They have not gotten back to him yet.

- Brand new area to allow members to bring up issues, comments or complaints about the department.
Old Business
- StuCo Rep : Jonathan Banks was nominated, and appointed by acclimation.
New Business
- By Law update: info on the new law/amendment to the law was discussed. Wanting to change to a point based system. Next week the debate and voting on them will be had.
- Bread Board Sales: from 9 am to 1 pm Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, the 9th - 11th of September. Bring whatever engraver you can. Sign up to work it.
- BBQ: Contact the head of the department about possible donation, Voted on that no more than $100 will be spent out of HKN funds. 5 pm, Sept 12th at Shuman Park. Workers need to be there by 4:30.
- Paint Ball - see Fundraising Committee report
- Lab Cleanup - see Student Projects Lab Committee report. Also HKN needs to move all office stuff into the lab as the office will be turned into research TA room.
- Pool Tournament - James Fonda is heading it up and has sent emails to the honors organizations of ME and CE. He wants to do it in 16 teams interdepartmental that will be eliminated down to 3 times, with the final day of tournament 12 teams, 3 from each department with elimination down to the winner.
