Officer Reports

President (Ryan Bales)

• Garmin will be the speaker at the meeting during the first week of March, but the meeting time may need to be moved

Vice President (Frances Pratt)

• ECE test for pledges after meeting
• Sign up for workdays (even active members)
• Feb. 26th is Plaque Work Day (supplies will be provided)

Secretary (Gavin Jones)

• Sign attendance sheet

Treasurer (Matt Jones)

• Has designs for t-shirts
• HKN shirts will have start date of HKN in binary
• ECE department shirts are navy blue

SPL (Chris Osterwise)

• Cleaning up SPL and needs people to move things to shelves if they dont want things thrown away

Pledge (Danny Robert)

• Will meet with V.P. about date of Pledge Banquet

Communications (Paul Bertrand)

• No report

Tours/Coffee Shoppe (Jonathan Williams)

• Needs 2 tours covered (2 volunteers were found)
• Sign up for Coffee Shoppe

Fundraising (Christy Deken)

• The HKN/ECE/IEEE picnic will be @ Schuman Park at 4:30 on the 3rd of March
• Looking into setting up a ping pong & pool tournament

Other Business

• Trying to set up course counseling for undergrads (may do counseling in SPL)
• We have honor cords for seniors, so we dont need to order them
• Boy Scout Merit Badge is this Saturday and Dr. Beetner will look into whether more people are needed
