President (Frances Pratt)

• Nov 1st officer meeting cancelled due to engineering honors banquet
• October 25th: officer meeting, November 8th: general meeting
• Organizing Pumpkin Pi raffle for a pie from A Slice of Pie (donated prize?): money will go to Russell House

Vice President (Ben Moss)

• Havener Center reserved for banquet
• Banquet speaker: chancellor? (has not responded to email)
• Workday professors: Moss, Stanley, Miller?, Beetner?
• Plaque workday: Sat, 15 at 10 AM: needs to buy materials, keep receipts
• Needs pledge names: can get from points list on website

Secretary (Luke Hogrebe)

• Need to update names on the lab board

Treasurer (Brandon Simrell)

• Still looking into polos: only have XL and XXL
• Not making t-shirts
• Have over $1000 in budget
• $275 found in the lab

Lab coordinator (Christopher Osterwise)

• Needs list of active members and pledges
• Sodas for lab on hold: car trouble
• Looking into finding a supplier for the Golden Resistor Award for school donators

Bridge correspondent (Gavin Jones)

• Working on the report, will take bios for next year
• Report due October 15th

Tours (Ryan Bales)

• Thursday tour at 2 PM: Ben Moss volunteer
