Business

• Any interest in challenging another society to some sports game?
• Luke will send out email to gauge interest
• Replacement for ping pong/pool tournament?
• Should get prizes donated or give entrance fees out as prizes
• Poker tournament?
• Need to make sure we’re not breaking any laws
• Provide drinks and snacks

Officer Reports

President (Luke Hogrebe):

• Officers need to keep good records of what they do, need to take pictures.

Vice President (Andrew Meintz):

• Will ask Dr. Skitek’s son to speak at initiation banquet, made reservations at Zeno’s

Treasurer (Jeff LaBundy):

• Work with Luke on proposal for money for conference.

Secretary (Adam Flynn):

• Need addresses from officers for election report.

Bridge Correspondent (Kyle Guinn):

• Bridge Report almost done.

Pledge Chair (Justin Enderle):

• Plaque workday is last Saturday of October.

SPL Chair (Carl Thompson):

• Nothing at this time.

Communications Chair (Jacquelyn Stroble):

• Working on points for actives on website

Tours/Coffee Shop Chair (Radhika Kaur):

• Need help with tours and coffee shop

Marketing Chair (Lance Rucker):

• Will put out pumpkin pi ads

Fundraising/Service Chair (Nathan Publow):

• Pledges need to pick up pumpkin pi tickets, Russel house will get proceeds from pumpkin pi

Advisor (Dr. Watkins):

• Need to get Bridge Report done
• Need to get Initiation Banquet organized
