Officer Reports
President (Jeff Labundy):
- Advisors would like to see more diverse involvement from actives in HKN activities-work Coffee Shoppe at least once per semester. It will take several months (approved by Chapter, approved by National, approved by UMR Academic Council, etc.) to amend bylaws to require actives to do this. Other possibility for increasing diversity of workers at Coffee Shoppe. Was offering prizes for who worked the most. Organization will wait to amend Constitution until end of the semester and members can build up “active” status.
Vice President (Joe Bishop):
- Pledge Smoker will not be on the 29th of January, but on the 30th of January at the Southwestern Bell Cultural Center from 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Rose Room at Zeno’s reserved for noon on 14th of April for Pledge Banquet. Pledge packets are almost done. Pledge invitation form done- needs to be emailed to National. Pledge candidates will be emailed Monday.

- Election of Officers form is done, but it needs an advisor’s signature.

- No tours this week. Coffee Shoppe sign-up sheet for next two weeks passing around (please sign up).
Marketing Chair (Lance Rucker):
- Organization will need to resolve design for t-shirts and other t-shirt-related issues.
