President (Amy Perrey):

• Received an e-mail from Boeing: They are looking for resumes for their satellite development center
• Attend the company banquet!
• We will begin cleaning the lab soon -- do your part and protect your stuff!

Vice President (Tyler Sheeley):

• Pledges: Sign in
• Pledges: Pick up your banquet tickets, sell them to faculty, officers, etc, for $15 (checks payable to HKN); also see if they want a vegetarian meal
• ECE exam will be during the next meeting -- study your KCL/KVL/node/mesh circuit analysis, logic gates, and filters

Treasurer (Devin Simms):

• Still needs to mail the certificate to Dr. Walker

Secretary (Kyle Guinn):

• Don't forget to sign in

Bridge Correspondent (Tyler Harms):

• Still working on the report -- 3 weeks to go

Pledge Chair (Robert Zuroweste):

• Pledge interviews are next Thursday in the SPL -- dress casual
• Pledges need to sell 2 tickets

• Lab cleanup: Mark your projects; let Chris know about them

• Sign up for the coffee shop
• Trying to figure out the optimal number of donuts to buy every Friday

Fundraising/Service Chair (Lance Rucker):

• Company banquet is tomorrow: 5 companies will attend
• Companies will give 5-minute presentations
• Be at Zeno's at 5:30 sharp -- dress is business formal

Conference Chair (Adam Flynn):

• Conference agenda is filled out
• Need volunteers for logistics, printing programs, sign-in, pizza delivery, set-up and tear-down, running errands, etc. -- if interested, sign the sign-up sheet
