Vice President (Tori Ratliff):
- Pledges have constitution test after this meeting
- Retake next week @ 5pm Tuesday
- Pay dues at meeting tonight or in HKN mailbox (Room 116 EE) if you haven't yet
- Tickets for banquet are $15. Hit up faculty, officers, parents, etc to sell tickets. Each pledge should sell at least two tickets.
Treasurer (Amanda Luellen):
- Dues can be paid after the meeting tonight
- Give her receipts if you need reimbursed for something
Secretary (Tyler Harms):
- There is a sign up sheet in the back.li>
- Points have been updated to reflect current status
Bridge Correspondent (Kelly DeBolt):
- Sent flowers to Dr. Sedigh because she is recovering from a hip injury
- Bridge report submitted last week
- Will be attending HKN Nationals in Pittsburg next month
Pledge Chair (Barbara Hall):
- Don't forget the constitution test after meeting
- Pledges seem to be interested in plaque workday. Scheduled for Next Thursday (10/30) from 6:30 until?
SPL Chair (Chris Osterwise):
- Pledges who have paid their dues can contact him to get a door code to the HKN lab
- Try to keep lab nice and organized; lots of people work there and if people don't clean up when they're done it's difficult for others to work.
Communications Chair (Brian Wright):
Tours/Coffee Shop Chair (Chris Baker/Karl Stefanski):
- Coffee Shop sign-up going around
Marketing Chair (Lisa Battern):
Fundraising/Service Chair (Karl Stefanski):
- Pumpkin Pi sales start next week. Sales will be Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- All companies except Dynetics and AB have paid for the company banquet.
STUCO Representative (Christyn Collum):
- STUCO open forum next week in Havener St. Pat's Ballroom
- There's an ugly wall near ERL that STUCO would like to use to create a mural for student organizations. Are we interested in this?
Advisor Dr. Watkins
- ABET Evaluation took place this week and ECE was one of the very few departments that didn't have any weaknesses identified.
