Our group is currently working on the following R&D projects related to production of biofuels:

Hydrogen generation from bioethanol and crude ethanol beer solution
Hydrogen generation from lignocellulosic ethanol and its crude beer solution
Synthesis of jet fuel via direct conversion of crop oil (not bade on transesterification)
Novel routes to biodiesel from triglycerides
Multi-fuel production from biomass and mixed wastes
Advanced applications of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis

Our research group is teaming with industrial partners that include VSE Corporation and IMET Corporation. Our research group is collaborating on these projects with Professor Yatish Shah, University of Central Missouri.
