Influence-aware Predictive Density Queries Under Road-network Constraints

We are developing query algorithms for predicting locations of potential traffic jams. Queries consider the structure of road systems to improve the performance and accuracy of results. Additionally, the queries account for the influence of congested areas on traffic flow and future traffic conditions.

Energy Consumption of Data Retrieval Algorithms for Parallel Broadcast Channels

Estimated the energy consumption of several algorithms for retrieving data items from data broadcasts on parallel channels. Algorithms were implemented in C and executed on an emulated Android device. Execution traces were used to estimate the energy consumed by each algorithm.
