Leadership Trip Application

What is Leadership Trip? Leadership Trip is the annual retreat for brand new hall government representatives and residents in the halls. Completely planned and organized by NRHH, it allows old and new residents to get to know each other, and to interact with each other before a year of working together... for free! It also serves as new members training for RHA members.

The trip consists of team building activities through low (or high) ropes courses, as well as a mini-conference of educational programs put on by NRHH members. The team building activities challenge the group members to step out of their comfort zone and learn new things about themselves and the other group members, and of course, how that affects a team. The trip also serves to refresh leadership skills for returning students and to give them hands on experience in leading or teaching others.

Where is it? It is held at Camp Mihaska in Bourbon, MO, and all participants will be taken there by bus. Best of all, it’s completely free!

Can I apply? Although it is primarily for hall government members, all students are invited to attend. If space is limited, priority will be given to those currently involved in the halls.

Application Deadline: The application deadline for Leadership Trip 2012 has not yet been announced.
