NEW MEMBER APPLICATION SPRING 2012

**This application is due by 4:00 pm, Friday, March 23d to the residential life housing office. Remember to fill out all fields of the application and to have an individual submit a recommendation, using the recommendation form found in the application, prior to the appplication deadline.
