Chemistry Museum Field Trip

• Meet at the Havener Center parking lot at 10:00 a.m. to drive to the Chemistry Museum in Fort Leonard Wood.

• Please print and sign the liability form “Participant Acknowledgment of Risk and Release of Liability” emailed to you or found on Orgsync in the file in the student life forms folder
• Please bring a form of government-issued identification such as a driver’s license to get onto the base.

• We will be returning before 2:00 p.m.
• Ray Schultz will be driving the group
