Officer Meeting: August 22^nd, 2016

· Miner Rama: Need people to set up and work

o Dry ice and cooler needs to be obtained for root beer

§ Might be able to get dry ice from Professor Satterfield

o Signups:

§ 10: 30 to 11:00: Nicole and Rachel

§ 11:00 to 11:30: Jacob, Nicole, and Rachel

§ 11:30 to 12:00: Jacob and Rachel

§ 12:00 to 12:30: Jacob and Ben

§ 12:30 to 1:00: Jacob and Ben

§ 1:00 to 1:30: Jacob and Josh

§ 1:30 to 2:00: Jacob and Rachel

o Flyers need to be printed out. Using last year’s version. About 100 needed.

· Pizza needs to be ordered for next meeting

· Poster board should be updated before the end of the semester

· Next meeting will be on E-Connection by the end of the day

· Dr. Woelk for Intro to Chem class

· Brewer people before Career Fair?

· Labor Day Picnic?

· Magic Show will be discussed more in detail next meeting

· Dr. Wes has asked for our help on Sept. 30^th from 9 to noon for a project involving a 7^th grade field trip. Will discuss more next meeting.
