Meeting Minutes for 11/7/16

I. Friday Dr. Page will be speaking in G3 at noon. There will be free pizza. His talk will be on physical chemistry and spectroscopy.

II. A when-to-meet will be sent out this week to plan meetings next semester.

a. First, we will talk to Dr. Bone to see when he is available.

b. Our meeting time will be decided by the time elections take place.

III. Election Information:

a. Nomination will take place next week.

i. Google Poll because we can not take poll next week.

ii. Absentee ballot for people not at meeting to vote

b. Talked to new members about positions.

c. Changes to constitution

i. Descriptions to officers

ii. Do we want to keep Scrhenk Society Rep. as a position?

iii. Opened up voting for new description for Vice President External and Internal.
