· Earth Day:

o Meet with DJW at 5pm Wednesday April 12^th. (Alyssa and Josh)

o Monday April 18^th: Get Samples and Cleaners in Lab

o Sign Ups for Working: Friday April 22^nd

§ Set up: 9 to 10: Alyssa

§ 10 to 11: Nicole

§ 11 to 12: Ben

§ 12 to 1: Rachel & Ben

§ 1 to 2: Josh

§ Take Down: 2 to ?: Josh & Alyssa

o Place we are going to get samples from:

§ Gym: Nicole in S&T Gym

§ Chair: Jacob anywhere on campus

§ Elevator Button: Rachel in BCH

§ Computer Keyboard: Rachel in BCH

§ Fridge: Ben in his apartment

§ IDE shop: Josh at IDE shop

§ Drain: Marissa in RC

· Elections: April 25^th at general meeting (Or May 2^nd)

o Nominations will open up next week (April 18^th).

o Need to look over constitution as a group in order see if we are still upholding all of the requirements.

o Do we need a new rep for Stucco and ACS meetings?

o Should we make it a requirement that you cannot run for executive board if you are graduating next semester?

· Treasury report: We have about $300 in the bank.

· Possible new additions to the constitution: These will be voted on next meeting. A typed up constitution will be emailed out to everyone.

o Things to be taken out will be crossed out

o Things to be added will be highlighted.
