    3. Friday setup – 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. in the stockroom

    5. Cameron is the MC for the show – please email him copies of your experiments and any information you have about them ASAP.
    6. Kim will be putting up the signs all over the building
    7. Door prizes – going shopping at 8 PM on Thursday – Kim, Josh, Angela are meeting by the Schrenk doors facing the Rolla Building
    8. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SATURDAY
      1. Room 212 from 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. – everyone should make signs for their hands-on experiments
      2. G3 2:30 – 4:00 p.m.
      3. Show up by 10 a.m., lunch around 11:00 a.m.
      4. Clean up should last until about 5:30 p.m.
      5. Walmart shopping at 8:30 a.m. – Sean, Cameron, and Angela will be meeting in front of TKE.
  2. ACS Student Affiliation:
    1. apply to be a student affiliate! First year is free.
    2. If you are interested, talk to Angela
  3. Other announcements:
    1. nominations for officer positions and voting will occur on Monday the 16th
    2. our final meeting for the semester will be on the 23rd
