Computer Science Experiential Learning Graduation Requirement

The elective experiential learning requirement requires the following actions categorized by elective type:

Undergraduate ResearchStudent must submit a Reflection on the Learning Experience to their faculty research advisor and request that (s)he complete the CS EL standardized assessment form and E-mail both to the CS Department's Undergraduate Secretary, stating that they are satisfactory.
SDLEC recognized Student Design TeamStudent must submit a Reflection on the Learning Experience to their Student Design Team faculty advisor and request that (s)he complete the CS EL standardized assessment form and E-mail both to the CS Department's Undergraduate Secretary, stating that they are satisfactory.
Member of ACM Programming Team, ACM SIG-Security Cyber Defense Team (CCDC, CPTC, or M57), or ACM SIG-Game Developer TeamStudent must submit a Reflection on the Learning Experience to their Team's Faculty Advisor/Coach and request that (s)he complete the CS EL standardized assessment form and E-mail both to the CS Department's Undergraduate Secretary, stating that they are satisfactory.
Officer of ACM-W, ACM, ACM SIG-Security, ACM SIG-Competition, ACM SIG-Game, or ACM SIG.comStudent must submit a Reflection on the Learning Experience to their Student Organization's Faculty Advisor and request that (s)he complete the CS EL standardized assessment form and E-mail both to the CS Department's Undergraduate Secretary, stating that they are satisfactory.
Internship/co-op/externshipStudent must: (a) request internship/co-op/externship supervisor to complete the CS EL standardized assessment form and E-mail it to the CS Department's Undergraduate Secretary, and (b) submit a Reflection on the Learning Experience to their academic advisor and request that (s)he E-mail it to the CS Department's Undergraduate Secretary, stating that it is satisfactory.
