Agnes Vojta, Lecturer (Ph.D.,
Technische Universitaet Dresden, 1994),
is a theorist working at the boundary between physics and
materials science. She investigates electronic ceramics such as
varistors and ferroelectric thin films and studies particularly
the influence of microstructural disorder on the electronic properties
by means of computer simulations. Her interests include structure formation
and nonlinear phenomena.
