Objectives:
  • Draw electric field lines, and interpret diagrams that show electric field lines
  • Calculate the moment of an electric dipole, the torque on a dipole in an external electric field, and the energy of a dipole in an external electric field
  • Calculate the electric flux through a surface
  • Use Gauss' Law to calculate the electric field of a high-symmetry charge distribution
