Researcher Registration Form

This form is used to contact the staff at WHMC-Rolla with questions concerning the holdings and services of WHMC-Rolla.

Procedure

Once this form has been submitted, the staff will check free of charge all of WHMC-Rolla's finding aids, which incude:

The staff will inform you within two weeks of materials that might be of interest. Please be patient.

Effective on 1 April 2005, if you want the staff to search the actual collections for specific items or information, or to make reproductions, those requests are subject to a non-refundable processing fee of:

The non-refundable fee includes up to ten (10) photocopies or microfilm printouts

Requests for photocopies/printouts over that amount, and requests for photographs, digital images, and other reproduction services are subject to additional charges.

Researchers are limited to three specific requests per communication. If more than three names/topics are submitted, the staff will check only the first three.
