This volume contains chronological account entries, listing purchaser and items purchased, for a general mercantile establishment in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri.

 

The daybook has daily entries, except Sundays, from (?) June 1856 to 9 December 1856.  After that date there are sporadic entries, sometimes weekly, until 2 April 1858.  There are nei­ther an index nor pagination to the volume.
