This is a “Black List” of the McCook post at Leesville, Henry County, Missouri, containing the names of two individuals rejected for membership in the GAR.  There is also General Orders No. 2 from Department of Missouri headquarters, an­nouncing the rejections and containing news of other Missouri posts.
