These are annual “magazines” of the Joplin Globe newspaper featuring stories on mining and related industries in the Tri-State Mining District of Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kansas.  In­cluded are production summaries for leading mining companies and articles on mineral indus­tries in the Tri-State and the United States.  The magazines are illustrated and carry advertise­ments by lead and zinc mining and milling companies.
