Ivey Public School was located southwest of Lebanon in Township 34 in Laclede County, Missouri, on land donated by Aulsey Ivey (1811-1878).  In 1912 enrollment was 66 pupils, all of whom are named in the booklet.  The rural district’s directors were Henry Lemmertz, John Street, and Ray Romans.  Other surnames represented in the enrollment included Conrad, Dotson, Lynch, Meeth, Moffitt, Shumate, Simpson, and Walls.  A photographic portrait of Prof. Clark is attached to the inside front cover.

The area served by Ivey School is now included in the Joel E. Barber C-5 School District.
