This brochure promotes the town of Cassville in Barry County, Missouri, as a desirable location for agriculture, industry, recreation, and residence.

The Cassville Commercial Club published this one-sheet folded brochure in an effort to attract business, vacationers, and residents to the seat of Barry County, “at the crossroads of health and happiness in the Roaring River Country.”  Although undated, data are provided for the community’s banks as of the end of 1933, and there is information concerning the 1934 trout season at Roaring River State Park.

Cassville is presented as a progressive and prosperous community “with surrounding beauty, [and] homes of more than average attractiveness.”  Nineteen photographic illustrations and a map of the area are included.
