This is a “Handbook of the Marshfield Public School for the Use of Faculty, Students and Parents, 1951-1952.”  It was issued for use at Marshfield High School at Marshfield in Webster County, Missouri.  H. E. Fellin was president of the Board of Education and Lester Gillman was Superintendent of Schools.

 

This 20-page booklet was issued for the information of teachers, students, and parents of students at the high school portion of the Marshfield Public School.  Included are a directory of the Board of Education, administrators, and faculty, a schedule for opening day (3 September 1951), a calendar for the academic year 1951-1952, the “program of studies,” required textbooks, requirements for graduation, fees, a schedule of classes, miscellaneous rules and regulations, and the constitution of the student council.  Of particular interest are four teachers assigned to “Itiner­ant Agriculture” and one staff member as “Veterans Training Secretary.”
