This is a program for the 71^st meeting of the 49^th District Association of Freemasons, hosted by Mystic Tie Lodge No. 221 at Oak Ridge in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, on Wednesday evening, 28 May 1952. W. Glenn McCain presented the “lecture and charge” to the meeting.

This is a single-page program, folded once to make four panels. On the front panel there is a photographic memorial portrait of D. M. Willis, “Past Master and Fifty-three Year Member,” who had died on 27 February 1952. This was the annual meeting of the 49^th District of Freemasons, and the program includes the names of officers, the evening’s schedule, and an “Honor Roll” of past presidents. A list of officers of Mystic Tie Lodge No. 221 is on the back panel.
