This is a letter dated 27 March 1933 from Deleta Condray of Bangert in Dent County, Mis­souri, to the Directors of the Adams School District in Phelps County, Missouri.  In the letter Condray applies for a teaching job at the school.

 

In the letter Condray noted that she would “graduate from the St. James High School in May, having then completed a special course for teachers.”  As references she named Leta Ray Locke, the teacher training instructor at St. James, and Helene Bircher, the teacher training in­structor at Salem, Missouri.
