This is a booklet containing the bylaws of the New-Mac Electric Cooperative, Inc., which served members in Newton and McDonald counties in Missouri.  The cooperative was formed in 1939 and these revised bylaws became effective on 14 July 1944.

 

The New-Mac Electric Cooperative was incorporated on 10 May 1939 and bylaws were adopted on 12 May 1939.  The bylaws were subsequently revised on 31 October 1941 and 14 July 1944.  This 24-page booklet includes the bylaws as of the last revision.  The cooperative served members mostly in Newton and McDonald counties in Missouri, with corporate offices in Neosho.
