Norwood
is a small community in southeastern Wright
County located between Mansfield and Mountain

Northern-Santa Fe) Railroad. Later
United States Highway 60 was routed through the village.
This 16-page booklet includes brief summaries of Norwood’s founding and
its businesses, schools, and churches.
There are reminiscences by Lucille Jarrett, Mrs. Everett L. Smith, and
Flossie Cramer, as well as historical photographs and a list of “today’s
businesses.”
