These are two annual booklets (1917-1918 and 1919-1920) for the New Idea Club, a woman’s study club at Marshfield in Webster County, Missouri.  The club’s presidents were Mil­dred Williamson (1917-1918) and Charlotte Bruce (1919-1920).

 

The New Idea Club was organized in 1908 with the object of “Mutual Improvement in Domestic Science.”  It met every two or three weeks at the home of one of the twelve members.  These small booklets include membership rosters and meeting schedules, but not the program topics. The club year ran from September through August of the next year.
