This is a meeting announcement for the Presbytery of Ozark at Webb City in Jasper County, Missouri, on 15 April 1890.  Included are the standing rules of the Presbytery, the meeting agenda, and a list of standing committees and their membership.

The Presbytery of Ozark met at Webb City on Tuesday evening, 15 April 1890.  The moderator of the session was Rev. R. W. Ely.  This announcement was sent to the Presbyterian Church at Lehigh in Jasper County, Missouri, which owed a “Presbyterial Assessment” of $1.65 for its eleven members.  Lehigh had a post office only from 1883 to 1894.

The standing rules include 19 major sections that govern the membership, organization, and meetings of the Presbytery.  The “Docket of Presbytery” provided an agenda for the meeting, which included sermons, committee reports, election of delegates to the General Assembly, and the payment of Presbyterial Assessments.  Standing committees were dedicated to home missions, foreign missions, church erection, ministerial relief, education, freedmen, college aid, systematic beneficence, publication and Sunday schools, and temperance.
