These are five booklets containing the minutes of the annual sessions of the Liberty Asso­ciation of Free Will Baptists for the years 1971, 1974, 1976, 1977, and 1978.  The Association met at the Niangua Youth Camp near Niangua in Webster County, Missouri.

 

The Liberty Association of Free Will Baptists was organized in about 1936.  These are minutes of the 35th, 38th, 40th, 41st, and 42nd annual sessions of the Association.  Most of the con­gregations were located in Webster and Laclede counties in Missouri, although Springfield First Free Will Baptist Church in Greene County was the largest single congregation.  Between 16 and 20 churches were members during this period.

All of the booklets are 12 pages in length, and contain minutes, membership and attendance rosters, statistical tables, reports, the Association’s constitution, and covenant.
