This is a small “souvenir” booklet for the 1905-1906 school year at Oto Public School in northern Stone County, Missouri.  Blanche O. Pritchard was the teacher and H. B. Cox was president of the local school board.

Oto was a small community in Stone County, about halfway between Crane and Ponce De Leon and about five miles north of Galena.  Oto Ridge occupies the high ground between the James River and Crane Creek.  Oto had a post office from 1877 until 1913.

Oto Public School enrolled 47 students in 1905-1906.  The most common surnames were Anderson, Curbow, and Parsons.  A small photographic portrait of teacher Blanche O. Pritchard is on the cover of the booklet.  The students are listed by name, along with the members of the local school board: H. B. Cox (president), J. H. Pritchard (clerk), J. Le Duc, and H. G. Parsons.  In addition to the single page of names, there are also three pages of inspirational poetry.
