This is a scrapbook compiled by Wanoma Hoehn during her senior year at Perryville High School at Perryville in Perry County, Missouri.  Included are clippings, mementoes, and programs from membership in the band, parties, dances, plays, and graduation exercises.

 

Wanoma Hoehn was born on 6 February 1931 at Perryville, the daughter of Edgar Hoehn and Agnes Bergmann Hoehn.  After high school she attended Lutheran Hospital School of Nurs­ing in St. Louis and became a registered nurse.  On 22 June 1957 she married John H. “Jack” We­ber (1932-2007), a native of St. Louis and a graduate of the Missouri School of Mines.  They had no children.  Wanoma Hoehn Weber died on 24 May 2004 and is buried in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Perryville.

 

This 30-page scrapbook contains material related to Wanoma Hoehn’s senior year at Perry­ville High School.  She played a trumpet in the band and attended several parties, dances, and plays.  She was graduated from Perryville High School on 10 May 1949.
