This is a program booklet for “Charter Night” for the Lions Club at Lebanon in Laclede County, Missouri, on 5 January 1931.  Included are a list of “charter members,” the program, the menu, and a “Short History of Lebanon.”  E. L. Vernon was the first President of the club.

 

The “Charter Night” meeting and banquet for the Lions Club at Lebanon was held at the Wallace Memorial Auditorium.  As part of the program Clint Draper (see WHMC-Rolla collec­tions R112 and R847) presented “A Bit of Minstrelsy.”  The menu, curiously printed backward in the program booklet, included baked ham and twice-baked potatoes.
