This booklet contains the minutes of the 57th annual convention of the Missouri Division of the United Daughters of the Confederacy, held at Black River Lodge near Lesterville in Reynolds County, Missouri, on 28-30 September 1954.  Lucile V. Wallace was President.

 

The Missouri Division of the United Daughters of the Confederacy was organized at Fay­ette in 1898 and established as a Missouri Benevolent Corporation in 1902.  This 116-page book­let includes the proceedings, minutes, reports, a memorial page, ritual, articles of incorporation and bylaws, and a list of past convention sites and presidents.  Also included are the minutes of the annual meeting of the Missouri Division of the Children of the Confederacy, held at Fayette on 12 September 1954.
