Dr.
Fiona Fui-Hoon Nah is a Full Professor of Business
and Information Technology (BIT) at the Missouri University of Science and Technology
(formerly University of Missouri–Rolla) or Missouri S&T for short. She
holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration with specialization in Management
Information Systems from the Sauder School
of Business, University of British Columbia
and received her M.S. and B.S. (Honors) degrees in Computer and Information
Sciences from the School of Computing,
National University of Singapore.
Previously, she served on the faculty of two Big Ten Universities - University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Purdue University.
Dr. Nah is the Editor-in-chief of AIS
Transactions on Human-Computer Interaction. Her research interests include human-computer interaction, business analytics, neuro-IS,
electronic commerce and mobile commerce, enterprise resource planning, and
usable security.
Dr. Nah’s teaching interests include technological
innovation management and leadership, electronic and mobile commerce, human-computer interaction, design thinking, and empirical
research methods.
Dr. Nah has received a Missouri S&T Excellence Award, a Missouri S&T
Research Award, two Missouri S&T Outstanding Teaching Awards, an
Outstanding Teaching Commendation Award from Missouri S&T Global Learning,
as well as a Distinguished Teaching Award, a Research Award, and a Best Paper
Award from University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s College of Business Administration.

Dr. Nah is co-Founder and former Chair of the Association
for Information Systems (AIS) Special Interest Group on Human-Computer
Interaction (SIGHCI) of which she is now serving on the Advisory Board. She
received an Outstanding Service Award and a Special Service Award for her
service and contributions to AIS SIGHCI.
