Demo Lab Time is not designed to be a time for getting debugging
help. By Demo time your program needs to be correct. Following are the
rules that we will use this semester.
CS 153 Demonstration Lab Rules
Missing Lab (meaning you didn't show up or your program didn't work
properly):
First and Second Offense
No penalty if made up before the next Thursday;
i.e.. you get 2 free misses/lates

Third+ Offense - Lose the 20-30 points for being late + lose points for
any program deficiencies
You can not earn 'extra credit' for any program submitted late
Non-Working Program or Incomplete Working Program:

Fixed within your 20 minute period - Penalty of 10 points

Fixed by following Monday - Penalty of 20 points

Fixed by following Tuesday - Penalty of 25 points

Fixed by following Wednesday - Penalty of 30 points

No credit after Wednesday
You and your partner should BOTH always attend Demo Lab. However,
the following apply:
1) You both show up and

the pgm works correctly- The TA will make a hardcopy of your
program. You're done.

the pgm DOESN'T work correctly- see 'non-working program'
above
2) You alone show up

the pgm works- You are done; your partner needs to
arrange a Demo time and (s)he is charged with one MISS

3) Neither show up-

both are charged with one MISS
