Jerry Ridenhour tells us about a recent paper of Stefan Hilger on Special Functions, Laplace and Fourier Transform on Measure Chains. The subject of this talk is closely related to what Professor Allan Peterson (University of Nebraska-Lincoln) is talking about on November 6 in our colloquium. Professor Peterson will lecture on An application of Hilger's complex plane to solving a difference equation with step size h.
