Upon completion she will obtain her certification and will be registered with Yoga Alliance. Her style is primarily Hatha Yoga, combining postures and breath in a flowing sequence.

Her style is Iyengar and she has trained with world renowned instructors such as John Schumacher and Geeta Iyengar.
