Equipment and Supplies

1. Overhead transparency film (three specimens per sheet).

   

2. Universal testing machine with flat grip faces capable of loads in excess of 200 pounds.

   

   

3. Tape measure (if testing machine does not have a displacement readout).
    
4. Four aluminum grip shields to protect the plastic from the grip teeth.
    
5. A 6" dial caliper with 0.001" increments.
